Refund policy
Mossa Activewear is not accepting returns or refunds at the moment. Every sale is final, unless the merchandise is damage. The store will be requesting proof of damage and completing the following steps:
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will have 5 days after receiving the package to request.
-To start a return, you can contact us at shop.mossaactivewear@gmail.com. Return shipping will be covered by the costumer.
-If your return is accepted, unfortunately we are not offering refund, only exchange or store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Gift Cards: All gift cards sales are final. Gift cards do not expire.
